GAPCAPTM is owned by Andrea & Doug Bierer. We create solutions​ for contractors and homeowners to help solve some of the frustrations of construction. We are a husband-wife team that has been working in the home improvement and remodeling industry for more than two decades and are based out of Erie, PA.
